Now that it’s finally mango season in Taiwan and I just can’t stop eating it basically every single day, I realized it would be probably really good with my morning overnight oats. So I tried it. And not that surprisingly, it turned out to be a w e s o m e!
I didn’t take a picture -it doesn’t really look good in my tuppareware anyway- so I got this picture from Oh my veggies. This is a version with almond milk and coconut though, which also sound really good, but I made a little different version with the following ingredients:
- Sugar-free high fiber soy milk
- Vanilla Protein Powder (1/2 scoop, 100% whey)
- Vanilla extract
- Mango (half, chopped into cubes)
A breakfast like this really is a great reason to get out of bed in the morning. I woke up today, and felt a bit lazy at first, thought about just turning to my other side and going back to sleep but then I remembered what’s waiting for me in the fridge and just got so excited to try it that I jumped out of bed and almost ran to the firdge, haha. Now I only have to go and get my coffee and the day can officially start! Have a nice day lovelies!
