I usually have a favourite healhty snack I am obsessed about and just can’t stop making everyday. Before it was banana and peanut butter right now it’s this clean vanilla cream.
- 100 g low-fat cottage cheese
- 200 g plain yoghurt (if you want it extra creamy you can use greek yoghurt as I did)
- 15 g vanilla protein powder
- Raisins (optional)
It is super easy to just mix it up, high in protein, low in carbs and I swear it is delicious. I usually eat it in the evening as dinner or pack it up to take it to the office with me. If you can get cottage cheese (in Taiwan they didn’t have it) you should definitely give it a try!
