Workout fuel & motivation

I’ve been asked a couple of times lately about how I stay motivated to work out, how I fuel my body for my workouts and just generally about my routine, so I decided to write a post about it for you guys now, to answer all the questions at once. So let’s start with motivation!

That feeling…

…when it’s been continuously raining for day and then one evening it unexpectedly stops and after days of being stuck in the apartment you can finally go for a run in the park! So wonderful – and it happened yesterday!

It’s been a few weeks already since the weather has gotten better, but I’m stil really excited about it.
